My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is stunning and the resort itself is beautiful, making it a wonderful place to unwind. However, the service left much to be desired. I visited the hotel for New Year's with my family, and while we had a wonderful experience thanks to Jacinto Vite's exceptional service, the overall experience was hampered by some disappointments.
