Hillary Nature Resort & Spa All Inclusive Arenillas, Arenillas

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is stunning and the resort itself is beautiful, making it a wonderful place to unwind. However, the service left much to be desired. There were issues with the all-inclusive offerings, and I felt that I was being charged for things that should have been included. The staff's attitudes regarding certain policies were a bit over the top, which made interactions awkward. Overall, this hotel has fantastic potential, but the service needs significant improvement.

I visited the hotel for New Year's with my family, and while we had a wonderful experience thanks to Jacinto Vite's exceptional service, the overall experience was hampered by some disappointments.
